Each of CIL, Inc.’s seven group homes is staffed 24/7 with State of Illinois certified Direct Support Personnel. Our House Managers are assigned to a home to oversee the daily operations. We work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to develop and implement individualized programs for high level behavioral needs. And, we have a full time Registered Nurse on call 24/7. Our full-time maintenance staff ensures that quality and safety issues are handled quickly.

Our CILA homes are equipped to handle various challenges whether they be physical, medical, or behavioral. Four of the seven homes are handicap accessible while providing comfortable home environments. Private rooms are available in all CIL, Inc. homes allowing them to be personalized to each individual’s specific tastes and needs.
