Our History

CIL, Inc. has been proudly providing quality services to intellectually disabled individuals in Illinois for over 40 years. As a licensed CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) provider in Anna, Illinois, our group homes accommodate from one to eight individuals with a range of developmental challenges. We currently have seven CILA homes and additional homes in our growth plan.

Community Inclusion

We take “Community Integration” to heart as our primary goal at CIL, Inc. To us, it extends far beyond just a nice home in a nice area. Community Integration involves shopping, banking, social events, dining out, church attendance and holding jobs in the community. We want members of the CIL, Inc. family to take pride in contributing to their neighborhood.

Our Team

The CIL, Inc. team is comprised of carefully selected licensed and certified professionals, including a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) and a dedicated administrative staff. We diligently assist residents to procure Board Certified Behavioral Analysts, as well as an array of other therapeutic resources. Every team member contributes a critical element to ensure each individual receives the highest level of care.
